@azteca took on an order for me under minimum (so I appreciate that) but it ended up taking 12 days, which did irritate me, because I needed it asap (which is why I asked for the favor to get a small order placed)

He reached out and apologized, he made things up to me, went out of his way to keep his customers happy, didn’t have to.. but even after I left a bad review, he even offered me a solution and some store credit.

I’m happy. And will definitely keep ordering.

Thank you for the review. I am a strong believer in owning up to your mistakes instead of making excuses. If we as people cant except our mistakes we will never learn from them. Which in return will be bound to happen again. Best way to go about it is learn/ except responsibility/ correct the problem to the best way possible so doesent happen again.
