Azteca Gold Great Customer Service

I have ordered from a number of the sources on the site. I can say that I've never had any issues while ordering from any source on this site, which is why I like using this sites sources. I recently took advantage of Azteca Golds Bogo sale and received 1 of what was said to be 3 packages. It was a large order so I figured maybe it was going to be 3 smaller boxes. I received it in the mail and waited to receive all packages before I opened the box. The T/A for the first box was 3 days from placing order. I noticed that after 5 days now there was no movement on the package, so I emailed Azteca and asked if there were any known issues. He said there was a mix up in shipping and could I check the package. I looked and it was not my order. I told Azteca and he said we'll ship out my original order and to keep the mistaken shipment. 2 days later I received my original order plus got a few extras in the mix up. I offered to pay for the extras but Azteca said it was their mistake and it's all good. Total stand up guy, Great customer service, super fast communication and shipping and you know he'll make things right if there's an issue. Therefore I just placed another cyber Monday order as well. Another Class Act source on SST. Thank you Azteca for providing fast quality service and products.

Thank you for sharing with the community sorry about the delay in response. I have been backed up to the fullest. Never the less we sometimes make mistakes as we are all human. I find it best to handle it honest and up front and treat people as I would want to be treated in a situation like this. Thats with respect and honesty people want to see how you handle a situation not make excuses of why the mistakes happen and sugar coat it.
