Blood is still thick even though my levels are within range, levels could just be higher than my bodies natural homeostasis. Have put on around 30 pounds in these 13 weeks while still keeping minimal fat. Multiplayer is a little lower than usual but can’t argue with results. All in all I’m extreme happy with how everything is going

@Lord I’m blowing up like a balloon and still have “abs”! Little layer of fat and water on top but that’s the name of the game. Hovering just over 250 right now. Striations in chest, quads feathered. By far best bulk I’ve ever had. Having an IFBB Pro guide me through probably has a huge impact on the progress as well haha
