AST Liver Levels Over 50. Thoughts???

Please help. Doctors said don't worry just don't drink alc which I don't do anyway.

Could this be why I run hot and sweat alot during my adult life? Could this be why it's hard for me to play sports now?

Is like you to share your thoughts and how to fix this if needed

I’ve had mine over 50 before. Don’t take any NSAID for a couple of days before you get blood work.

I’ve been taking milk thistle 1000mg twice a day for almost a year now and my liver values are ALWAYS on point now. Never knew exactly what caused mine to spike.

Thank you for your reply. I will check around for milk thistle (not easy to find in philippines) and re run my blood work as those results are from almost 2 years ago.

I'm just very worried my liver is failing due to dbol adrol windy use and such. But I've never dosed high and it's only been for a couple months max.

I've also never been a drinker

I also take a vitamin c 500mg with the glutathione it supposedly helps with absorption.

The problem is that I'm from USA but I live in the philippines. Amazon takes about 1.5 months to get here. Better late than never I presume. Out here we have shoppe and lazada which take about 5 to 7 days and are sketchy at best

When did you lift last? I might be confused on the markers, but two of them are just by product of muscle breakdown from an intense lifting session. Which is why you need to wait 2-3 days post lift to get labs checked.

I have not lifted in a long long time. The gyms in province areas of the philippines are perhaps the worst in Asia

Are you fat, abusing ped, alcohol etc? Why would your level be high? Liver is every tough and can bounce back from a lot since it regenerates its cells

I don't really know why the levels are high. Anytime I've ran dbol or winny I've only take 25mg for a couple months at a time. And I've only done the 2-3 times. Same with drol

Are you fat or diabetic. What do you drink often, water, soda, alcohol?

Do you still have family or friends in the US? I'm figuring out would be faster if they ordered it and they in turn shipped out to you.
