Anything wrong with the way Ive been lifting lately?

So one day I was in a rush at work because of a exercise we had that night. So I decided to do every workout a dropset of 3, but not in the normal drop set fasion. Say if I was doing side delt lifts. I grab a 45 do as many as I can. Usually 10. Then right away drop to 35 do as many as I can. Then right away grab a 25 and do as many as I can. And that workout is done. Rest about 1 to 2 mins. Or do an ab set. Then I switch to front raises and basically repeat the process again. Basically doing the same thing for all my lifts. I’ll usually run through about 3 moves for each head of my delts. So 9 total moves doing that dropset way the whole way thru.
The workout takes about 30 to 35 mins. Compared to my hour normal training would take. The pumps are ridiculous. And I feel great and jacked after the workout.

So I decided to keep this going for a couple weeks with all my body parts.
Is there any reason why I shouldn’t be lifting like this? Like will this hinder my gains do you think? By the end of my workout I feel like I killed it. Pumped big time and I really like the short amount of time it takes.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

you should read mike israetels articles about min/max effective volume etc. and ponder the concept of quality vs quantity etc. if your mind muscle connection is shit, pyramid sets, dropsets or even piana style feeder sets can be useful, otherwise maximize quality sets of working weight for your desired rep range. the pump isn’t the cure or answer to adaption/hypertrophy but rather a gym-lighted fata morgana that leads you into the junk volume yard.
