Most I know of are private. Some of those groups that aren't private are a cluster fuck. Look and see if the forum you are on has something like that as many do. Several sources also have a discord channel as well.

If you go on reddit you will have more luck finding communities that discuss steroids and bodybuilding. Also, try transDIY on discord and reddit (its for transgenders but they have a lot more links/sources to testosterone and prescription medicines than normal steroid forums so its not too bad).
