This shit is so gnarly it feels like my muscles are going to explode when I lift. Ruining my workouts. Forearms constant brick mode all day. I look fucking huge but this doesn’t seem worth it lol. Is there a fix for this?

Yea I definitely like the look of it, but I can’t even function lmao. I don’t wanna stop after four days but it seems like I might have toanavar gives me fucking insane pumps
forearm pumps that literally hurt
and lower back pumps that make me immobile
ive never fixed it though just dealt with it, the pumps definitely have their pros
yeah if youre doing any kinda of like running type stuff i bet its insaneYea I definitely like the look of it, but I can’t even function lmao. I don’t wanna stop after four days but it seems like I might have to
Yes dude the forearm pumps are fucking brutal climbing lol like I’m worried I’m gonna lose the ability to use my hands and I’m gonna fall off and fucking die lmao. I decided to drop it for now and when I’m in ground school I’ll run it again. But I’ll definitely use taurine next go around.i am in a similar trade to linesman is respect of the physical labor aspect and let me tell you ,
on the var, i feel like i need like a hour to warm up my hands and forearms or they’re gonna burst. cramps, pumps, almost a stiffness in the wrist. but usually after the first hour or so , i am good to go , and i break out the short sleeves and my forearms resemble that of popeyes .
maybe try stretching at home before good ol stretch and flex, maybe try some taurine , i’d try just about everything other than dropping the var
Were you going off of diet and supplements in regards to total sodium and electrolytes or are you just talking about adding in sodium and electrolyte supplements?I did 40 mgs a week for a month and what helped me with taurine, 1 gallons of water for every 2.8 g grams of sodium id usually have around 5.6, 1:2 magnesium:calcium, and to consume more potassium than sodium.
Diet and supplements but I took a supplemental 1200 mg calcium and 400 mg magnesium because I consumed about 200 mg magnesium from my diet and this helped increase my strength a lot as well. I find that cramps are related to electrolyte intake and hydration so also make sure to keep you urine light yellowish. Were you going off of diet and supplements in regards to total sodium and electrolytes or are you just talking about adding in sodium and electrolyte supplements?
