Even if you didn’t care about your liver, the risk to connective tissue would keep me from running it for any long period. I’d take bone and muscle injury before a ruptured tendon. You’d have to be so aware of that risk that your lifting would be limited, so what’s the point of running gear?
Maybe someone has a different take, but the conventional wisdom to restricted it to like 8-10 weeks for cutting, or maybe acute performance benefit, seems like it’s probably right.
