Well I’m still recovering from foot surgery and I’ve been cruising for 10+ weeks at this point at 250mg/week and I decided to pop some var for 4 weeks to which hopefully I’ll be able to blast off at about that time. Thoughts, opinions, wanna compare dicks I’m all all for it.

Edit: yes I am working out I’ve been cleared for the past two weeks to lift just no legs yet and doing most exercises sitting (on a dick).

Who is the owner of the lucky dick being sat on?

Var would certainly help with getting the ball rolling as you get back into training upper body and help you fill out whatever you lost. Also would be ideal from the oral standpoint in regards to helping with any fat you’ve gained from being unable to do as much cardio. I’m also guessing that post surgery there was a little “FML” which can be a little depressing not being able to do as much / anything at all. Easy to gobble up calories when you’re feeling down about that.

All in all why not? It’s the most mild compound and will hopefully have you filled back out some when it comes time to blast and rebuild the lower body.

It can be your dick if you wish hard enough.

But actually yeah that’s my exact mindset, I’m using this to sorta bridge the last few weeks before I blast off. By then I’ll be able to leg press, ext and curl. I was basically bed ridden for 6 weeks had pins sticking out of my toes. I luckily didn’t get too fat I tried to not over eat and eat my feelings while I was depressed haha

What was corrected or done here I can’t tell based on the pre xray. Hammer toe or something? Or a pre picture of what the issue was if it was a correction and not trauma repair. I remember you mentioning your fucked up foot, but don’t remember the details from SST.

hmmm. Var would be a fine choice but what is the rest of the blast? My concern is that your dick (your actual dick, not the one being sat on) takes over. Crank the gear, feel real good at first, and then hurt yourself ego lifting because it all kicks in at once. Maybe up the test for 4 weeks, then up it again for 2, then reassess. Youre experienced. A reinjury or slashing an elbow or shoulder soon after this may turn you into a fat bastard who can lift.
