Anavar dose...been a while

Been a while since I took Anavar so looking for dosage input. I forget A LOT now and have to write everything down. Guess that happens with age Currently on 500 test, 300 npp. Will be adding primo at 600/wk and var. My tabs are 50mg. Im 191 lbs. Thanks yall

50mg fucked my appetite after about 3 weeks (ran 7 weeks) . I had a awesome recomp but did lose weight. This time around ill try 20-25mg for lesser time maybe 4-6 wk

I prefer my var sublingually, 25mg/day. When I hit my cutting phase i increase it to 25mg orally at night, 25mg sublingual in the morning preworkout

half tab (25mg) in morning and the other half in evening since its got a short half life. off topic: introducing 1 compound at a time is ideal as you'll know how you react to that very compound and its dosage. if you have experience with primo before, then disregard
