Anavar dosage

Browsed 4 pages of Anavar topics and didn’t find anything conclusive so wanted to get opinions on effective Anavar dosages and if you should split the dose or take all at once.

Currently running 250mg test, 200mg mast, 3iu hgh. Been slowly dieting past 3 months just to be in better shape but as I’m getting leaner would like to be a little joocey.

I’d say try anavar at either 25 or 50 mg. Just finished running 50 mg of high quality anavar and my strength shot up considerably and the pumps were super nice. Lean/hard physique, and joints felt good.

I take mine 8 hours apart due to half life.

Start with 50mg daily, split into two doses, one in the morning and one in the evening. Personally anything more than 50mg for causes insane lower back pumps that leave me crawling out of the gym no matter what muscle I’m working.

Probably in the minority here but I have run Anavar at up to 50mgs/day and was not impressed when compared to other less expensive compounds. For example, I see much better strength gains off an equivalent dose of tbol and better results in general running low dose amounts of tren E. That said I would go with at least 50 a day if I were going to run it again.

When I took 50 mg, I still took it all in one dose pre workout (for convenience). Id say there are pros and cons to splitting it vs not. Split = more stable levels throughout the day. All PWO = more strength and performance when in the gym, better pumps.

A bit pricey but I find it makes me super veiny and gives an overall “dry” look to my muscles. Or maybe that’s just all the other shit I’m on. I’ll never know forsure but I do think anavar made me more veiny and drier once I added it.

I ran Anavar 25mg/day along with 400mg/week of test, and I really enjoyed it at that dose. Noticeable additional strength gains, good boost in vascularity and pumps, and definitely reduced the amount of water I was holding from the test. Also just gave me a really nice sense of well-being combined with the test. I didn’t split the dose because I only had 25mg capsules, so I just took a capsule preworkout. Next time I might bump up to 50mg/day, but we’ll see (I have some of those nicely scored 50mg tablets from SF I could split for an intermediate dose, so maybe 37.5mg).

I ran var 50 mg ED for 2 weeks 75mg 2 weeks 100mg 2.5 weeks. Only time around the park with var and the pumps were insane and vascularity was out of this world and I wasnt quite lean to begin with. Easy 8 pounds in that 6.5 week period. Strength? idk I generally do high volume but def saw my bench go up a good 20 pounds maybe in that short time.

I’ll add that you should have some Taurine on hand to help with the pumps! I can’t get over 70mg (I’m 225lbs) before the lower back and calf pumps become practically crippling. That said, Var really shines around 50mg for me, with no sides (other than crappy lipids).

I’ve tried Anavar @40mg, 50, and 60mg daily. I personally liked splitting 50mg into 25,25 doses morning and night, I feel it keeps the levels more stable. Either way should be fine though.
I agree with @“apexalab”, lower back pumps were crippling for me @50mg until I started taking 2-3g of Taurine pills Preworkout.

50mg first thing in the AM 25-50mg pwo. Great for increasing pumps/vascularity, slight strength increase and if you’re fairly lean should really make muscle bellies (delts esp) pop ohso sexy.

The back pumps/shin splints are definitely real, just watch your sodium intake, drink lots of fluids.
Taurine and magnesium both help. To run 75mg/day for a month is no more than 100, even less if you catch a decent sale… if you’re fairly experienced I really don’t think 50mg to notice.

My favorite oral stack however was 50 tbol 50 var, perfect combination of strength/stamina/mass/aesthetic boost.

I’ve been running 75mg/day split morning/preworkout. Very vascular in the gym. Probably the most vascular I’ve ever been. Hit arms yesterday and it was pretty freaky. Tried 100mg/day twice. Experienced back pumps and dry joints. Decided to back down to 75mg.
