Anadrol protocol

I've read about guys using anadrol only on workout days. Might not be best for gainz but likely easier on your liver. Beware sides like acne though (this goes for any anadrol usage ime).

What are your experiences with Anadrol dosed only pre workout and not ED?
I absolutely love it preworkout, I've only used it that way. I used anadrol the first time with pharma Anapolon 50mg. Insane thirst, pumps, and mental aggression. I'm not one for feelz reports but it was very noticeable. Enough for me to continue using.

I worked up to 100mg, then 150mg preworkout. Overkill for most, but I love it. You should stick to 50mg for a while, maybe 100 if you become used to it. I've since found tested ugl anadrol as anapolon is pricey at the dose I was running. I did get heartburn in the beginning of use but it went away.

I would definitely agree with @T&H as well. 100mg for me pre workout has been one of my favorites for quite some time now. The pumps are just incredible, and the added aggression associated with this compound makes for a solid workout. I like to stack this with anavar as the added strength anavar provides, it makes me feel like I can move mountains ;) 50mg would be a good starting point with a possible increase to 100mg at a later time.

Last run I took it preworkout and thought it was ok. Got no sides. This run Ive been taking it every day, significantly more sides and water weight. I tried splitting the dose up and it lost its magic. Also taking with food seems to help with the hunger and stomach issues. Tbh it seems to have a peak with each dose and it's not an hour later. More like three and the peak lasts a couple hours or so. If you want to use preworkout experiment with the timing relative to gym.
