Thanks buddy. So inevitably, when soldiers find out someone is a doctor, or to your own medic if you're combat arms, its only a matter of time until one of them asks doc to look at "something" and it is literally always their dick/balls because they caught something from fucking a stripper. So its just a common inside joke when you find out someone is in medicine, since a lot of seasoned healthcare pros have experienced it, and probably all military folks.

Agreed. Amoxicillin is a poor choice for empiric antibiotic therapy for acute simple cystitis. OP really should go to a doctor for a culture. Empiric treatment of UTIs is unreliable without knowing local resistance patterns.

I've only ever ordered azithromycin ( aka z-pack ) because I started to get some redness and sore on the side of my dick. Cleared it right up, but I already had knowledge of the drug because I've been prescribed it before for the maybe same maybe not reason 😂
