I have been running 160 mg of cypionate since mid August . I turn 50 in May and my goal has been to be in the best shape of my life at 50 years old. I’m also visiting family I haven’t seen in 15 years so I obviously I want to look my best. The main thing I’m looking for is to really lean out with as few dudes as possible. I would guess I’m about 13% bf now. Obviously I wouldn’t mind adding a little size as well. I’m also on a bit of a budget. I was thinking of running 300 mg of masteron for 16 weeks, 200 primo for the last ten and 50 mg of anavar the first and last 4 weeks. Also thinking of upping my trt dose to 200-250. I’ve read that both mast and primo can lower E2 but my levels were already a little high at 69 my last labs. I’m looking for ideas and am open to other compounds but low sides is a priority.

Adding primo/mastering/anavar to TRT?

I was doing TRT recently at 200mg-250mg dosage, I felt good but it wasn't enough for lifting. If I was you, I'll just bump my dosage to 500mg without adding anything.
I'd only do masteron if you're 10% body fat to be honest, it doesn't really build mass but it gives strength. 300mg masteron and 200mg primo will kill your e2 even on 250mg test.
I was thinking of running 500mg test/200-300 primo for 16 weeks, but I can't afford the price of Primo. but if you do, you should try it.

I think I’m just going to run mast at a higher dose/ longer period and not worry about primo. Too expensive. My e2 is already high at 69 just on 160 mg trt so hopefully the mast will keep it in check on the higher test dose. Going to start at 300 test and gauge from there.
Anavar is terrible for cholesterol and as you mentioned primo is pricey.

It's going to be a balancing act with how much of each u run. With ur e2, I would start off will 250mg of test and 200 masteron. Try getting blood work 4 weeks in. If e2 is high, lower test and/or up the masteron. If e2 is low, up the test and/or lower the masteron.

No. This is something I'll run when I'm older and care about my bloodwork more, along with test of course.
