I think one could get away with using all 3 this way

*Gh 4-6 units either pre workout or before bed :
Use 2 hrs or so pre workout and on rest days use it at night

* use mgf basic immediately post workout in bilateral fashion in lagging muscles .

* use igf lr3 post workout 1 hr after mgf basic shots

Based on the literature I would:
HGH 3x a day. Morning, pre workout OR post workout, and before bed.

IGF-1Lr3 preworkout with preworkout meal.

MGF PEG post workout.

Igf 1 lr3 is active for 24hrs I believe and does not bind to IGF BP so it doesn't matter too much when you use it IMO. Preworkout would be to utilize its effect on your pre workout carbs for nutrient partitioning.

Each dose of HGH is active for 6 hours, and has a 36 hour negative feedback loop on natural production. So it doesn't matter too much when to take it with only small nuance between timing. So 3x a day is best IMO to maximize igf-1 conversion and get the best of all timing schemes.

Yes but u have to watch out from insulin resistance how would u go about countering that

That's easy. Stay relatively lean, don't eat garbage, and manage your macros appropriately ESPECIALLY the quality of your fat intake. Train very hard with decent volume and close to failure to deplete as much glycogen daily as possible so you are always in a state of muscular insulin sensitivity. Fasted cardio of some kind on a regular basis.

And then as far as pharmaceutical options, berberine 3x a day as a start. Or metformin 500mg before bed to start.

If blood sugar begins to trend up over time then you just add in an appropriate dose of lantus or NPH to manage blood sugar.

Thank you for this knowledge

seems like the effort to reward ratio wouldnt be worth it
hgh/insulin would probably be a more effective combo for the effort
