16 week blast

I’m coming back from a back injury and I’m ready to hit it hard. I have been cruising for a bit and taking easy in the gym trying to recover. I lost some muscle during my time off so I’m going to spend the first portion of my blast bulking and gaining strength back that will eventually go into a cut later into the blast. I ran my fair share of cycles in my early 20s so I have experience doing this stuff. I quit for awhile and was on TRT for a couple years but started blasting/cruising again late last year. Here is my blast I plan to do.

Current stats:
6’1
212lbs
8-9% bf

Overkill and unnecessary. Just run 600mg test and npp the whole time, add winny at the end. No need for test p nor tren. 600 test is solid on its own after a break like you've had.

What’re your thoughts of keeping proviron in? I feel it’d compliment Test+Npp well especially for sex drive purposes. Imo Npp and/or Deca should be ran with a DHT like proviron or it can potentially cause Deca dick.

I noticed nothing from proviron myself. But it's OK to keep in. I think 600 test would be good by itself as well tbh.

This is too complicated. Stick to 2, add an oral and do it for 16 weeks, don’t get too fancy changing shit

Focus on your diet more than on your cycle.

I know the gear you're getting is Goodlyfe which is every bit tested. Smart move.

Let us know what you decide. I really think 600mg test c for 16 weeks would be good with winny thrown in. But you can do the NPP if you want to. Save the other 3 for next cycle.

Only things I recommend is bloodwork 6 weeks in, and dosing caber and AI as needed. Unless you know you aromatize heavy and prolactin sensitive.

On the ECA stack front: you can cut out the aspirin.

It used to be thought that, because aspirin can uncouple the electron transport chain from oxidative phosphorylation, it would help waste energy. In other words, lets you turn metabolic energy into heat rather than a chemical bond. While that is true (at some concentrations), it's been shown not to have a beneficial impact on fat loss. This is probably because it actually begins to inhibit electron transport at a certain threshold -- that is, stops your body from generating that energy at all.

The exception would be, if you have a heart condition or have had a heart attack in the past, in which case, it can kinda help with platelet formation. Even then, you don't need it 2-3x per day. That stuff is absolute hell on the GI tract, even at low doses. It's not worth the risk if you're gonna be pounding food and already stressing your body... just my two cents.

Decent beginner cycle, although I don’t see the reasoning to change it all up by week 9. I’d keep NPP and Test maybe increase those a little if you want.

I’m hyped to try GL I read nothing but good things.

After thinking about it I decided I’m gonna dial back the test a bit and do this instead. I will do these doses awhile until a hit a plateau and do a slight increase on test+npp if needed. I’ll bulk until I’m happy with my size then do a mini cut towards the end of the blast so I can be lean before starting a winter bulk!

Test 500mg
NPP 300mg
Proviron 50mg/day
Arimidex 1mg
Caber as needed

I do aromatize some with test without an ai. Even on my cruise dose I keep my ai around .5mg weekly to manage an e2 around 20-30. Too high of an e2 I develop symptoms. I’ll go without caber for now and do it if needed. Never ran npp before so not sure how I’ll respond to potential prolactin issues. As long as e2 is managed I should be ok. I will do blood work 6 weeks in! Thanks for the advice dude.

Never knew that about aspirin… I ran ECA when that was the standard protocol. Thanks for this

I can’t catch a break…. I might have to hold off on my blast. Today in the gym I was doing preacher curls and felt a pop in my right bicep. Had to drop the weight and stop. I think I tore my long head bicep tendon. FML…. right when something heals something else gets hurt. Going to rest, ice, stretch, and let it heal. Hopefully it will be a quick recovery. I plan to go to my doctor today and get an MRI done.

Edit: this ended up being a quick recovery. I seem to be all healed now.

Started my blast last Monday. So I’m about 1.5 weeks in so far. Weighed in at 219lbs this morning. My starting weight was 210-212. I think I’m gaining muscle and strength back quick. I’m feeling great and sex drive has been awesome. Been able to go multiple rounds per session. Added BPC-157 into the mix as well at 250mcg 2X daily.
