750 IU hCG EOD, 75 IU HMG E3d.
Seems like overkill but if you're trying to make babies on TRT (or TRT+ or higher dose cruise etc), might be worth looking in to.
After blasting & cruising for many years, and probably definitely infertile, I went to TRT and hcg MWF. It worked for fertility.
Sounds very basic and low dose, but lots of unprotected sex didn't result in pregnancy before adding hcg.
"Deep into prep" <- you answered your own question. Some guys might pull 400 ng/mL IGF-1 on 4 IU GH/d but "deep into prep" tanks IGF-1. 200 ng/mL is ok in this context.
Do you have any other IGF-1 measurements to compare?
Kinda minutiae. You won't see a huge difference if you miss that window of GH dosing (but still get the same GH/d)
More effects come from higher doses. Dose timing is a small fish.
Sounds like my current gym. Bare bones bodybuilding and powerlifting. Rusty nails and shit. Tbh I prefer Nautilus and Hammer Strength machines, general hygiene, etc.... but that gym is like 15 miles away.
Yeah, 200 mg test + 90 mg deca isn't exactly TRT and will have expected side effects. TRT is long-term and who tf would want to be dealing with sides like that? Maybe for the occasional blast, in which case you know what you're getting in to.

I think some of the old time bodybuilders got this right. Too much eating at night is not good. Some people are starving themselves all day only to binge at night. No bueno for gainz.
I know some say they sleep better with a full belly. Sleep is important but I don't think this is the best way.
Haha total Frankenfood concoctions, but I use a lot of their Amazin Mayo and Caesar dressing. Zero kcals. Kinda mild GI distress maybe sometimes but hard to pinpoint.
