Whats up guys . I haven't posted in a while . My apologies . I will be posting and more active now . I have been dealing with some life situations and have backed off from the forum. I wanted to address a couple of the issues on here some that can be completely avoided by just looking on our intro page or by looking back at some past posts . This month I see a lot of the same complaints about the labels, orders getting canceled on the site , no email responses, no tracking and our reship policy . All these things I have spoken about many times in emails and on the forum . I haven't been on to address the negative posts but if you look back you will see mostly positive reviews before this last month or so . We have always worked very hard to bring you the absolute best products and best customer service. Have we had legit issues before ? yes there has been a few but the majority of the these complaints Have been addressed a number of times.
Our labels had an expired date . The dates are for show . The labels are now fixed . If you get one that is expired its one of the old ones from the last few weeks that's already made and labled . We have started to use the new ones with new dates and lot numbers for show
Crypto orders can cancel on the site . we use an eCommerce program that does not require an account . Its discrete which is why we use it Blockchain Tech is not quite as advanced as our regular fiat currency digital system . Btc can cancel if the amount fluctuates before sending or you do not send it high priority and the order times out . Adjust your fee to arrive sooner then later . if it cancels its no problem . we still receive the funds the same as if ,you placed an email order to the BTC address given . simply make note of your order number and email us to let us know . 99% of the time we will update it before we even answer your email. We go in manually check the payment and switch the order to processing . On a side note , please take note if your order still says processing it dosent mean it hasn't shipped . we normally ship in 24hrs except Holidays, weekends or if its an international order.
regarding response times . If you are not getting a response your using the wrong email . plain and simple we monitor

that is our main email for this site . we respond the same day . If you have an issue it will not get resolved if your using any other email so please dont leave us bad reviews based on your in ability to look back at posts or go to our intro page where our contact info is posted
Regarding tracking . We do not automatically send tracking . We havent for years now . we used to not any longer . If you would like tracking you can email us and we would be happy to get it for you Or you could simply sign up for informed delivery with USPS and be notified of your packs every movement
Regarding our international line of products . our products are listed on the web store in separate columns marked international pharma ,oils, orals ect
if you place one of the international pharma items in your cart you will be charged for international shipping and it does ship fro Turkey so shipping times are different . To cut down on the traffic with fed ex we ship boxed non cold chain products regular mail . usps 2-3 weeks to arrive . cold chain products such as HGH ships fed ex 3-7 days . WE DO NOT HAVE A RESHIP POLICY ON INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS ANY LONGER .we will reship if the products get sent back I am sorry about this guys . I hope to bring it back soon of course we reship domestic orders
Regarding OPSEC There are people who like to create drama with nothing better to do but stir shit up . WE are extremely careful and extremely secure , we go to great lengths to make sure we stay that way , which is why we have went on breaks , moved our operation around , changed any patterns completely . The labs you see closing or on vacation are probably the ones taking precaution . I know we are . I love these guys that pop in and try and stir shit . every one of us sources has had orders that were stopped . It happens , some sorting facilities scan packages , plain and simple . We take precaution that nothing can ever come back to us . we use so many different drops I lost count, constantly rotating and moving around. There is no possible way to pin point . Its up to the customer to make sure your secure on your end , that your well informed. This is just simple fact.
