I’m coming back from a back injury and I’m ready to hit it hard. I have been cruising for a bit and taking easy in the gym trying to recover. I lost some muscle during my time off so I’m going to spend the first portion of my blast bulking and gaining strength back that will eventually go into a cut later into the blast. I ran my fair share of cycles in my early 20s so I have experience doing this stuff. I quit for awhile and was on TRT for a couple years but started blasting/cruising again late last year. Here is my blast I plan to do.
