What's the reasoning for the 100mg/wk test currently if you consider the 350/20 to be your 'first' cycle?
Also, 'beginner cycle' is not a thing- This is just an internet buzz term people toss around on Reddit and such to make you think it's inherently safer or easier to recover from or easier to keep gains from. Just wanna clear that up; Cycling is Cycling and risks always exists.
On 100mg/wk Test there's no real need for an AI at all, I'd imagine you probably look a bit leaner now thanks to that 1mg dose of adex drying you up a bit.
On 350mg Test + 20mg Var I honestly still see very little reason for AI to be used. Anavar is a pretty good drug, it does the good things with possibly the lowest risk of estrogen related sides of any AAS. 350mg Test might give you an initial flare up and may give you flu-like symptoms for a few days (Google "Test Flu") since it's significantly higher than what you're on now but I'd just recommend taking 1/2 mg Adex when you notice problems start. People might tell you to run it weekly at X amount of milligrams but I disagree with this from personal experience and common sense- You don't take any other medication until you have to, right? Taking ibuprofen weekly won't reduce your chance of a headache flaring up. 0.5mg dose when problems arise, 0.5mg the day after if it's still present, continue until it's gone. Risk of bad side effects from gear is pretty overplayed and it's not actually that common, meanwhile if you take too much AI or SERM you can get bad side effects very quickly.
