Why is Tren cough kinda hit and miss?

What would be the reason that when using tren A sometimes you get the dreaded Tren cough and sometimes you don’t. Same bottle and all. And it seems like if I pin in my right quad it happens almost all the time in that spot but not others. Anyone care to take alittle time and explain it to me? And actually why it happens to begin with.

My Tren cough doesn’t even start until after I pull the syringe out and then bam tingling on my head and hands and then my chest gets really tight and obviously I start to cough for a good 5 mins till it goes away.
I’ve read that huffin alittle of rubbing alcohol during the cough helps it go away faster and it’s worked for me. More just wondering why sometimes it does happen and sometimes not

Thanks!

It means you knicked a vein. Lol
Yea makes sense. Didn’t think of that. Tren cough sucks ass big time but it’s so worth the results

From my reading and understanding it is this:

Tren cough is mostly cause by Tren getting into your bloodstream. So if you nick a vein during you injection, Tren is going to get in and cause Tren cough. This is why you are starting to feel the Tren cough starting to come as soon as you pull out the syringe. It is also the reason Tren A has been known to cause Tren cough a lot more than Tren E - injecting 3+ times as often means you are much more likely to knick a vein.

Minute amounts of oil in your bloodstream are eliminated through the alveoli in your lungs. Happens when you nick a vein like CA said.

I get it maybe 1% of the time with any oil based gear, not just tren. I notice that if I’m hitting the same spot too often it seems more likely to happen.
