Just noticed the prices for a 10lb bag of ON Whey is upwards of $130+ and was just wondering if anyone knows any other place that has it cheaper? I normally just order it off amazon with a subscription and recently noticed the price.

I found this site, https://www.reemalo.com, but I can't find any type of reviews on it outside of their shit on Facebook, Anyone familiar with this site at all?

Either buy the protein you like and spend the money, or buy from places like Myprotein and suffer LOL. I will absolutely spend the money PEScience charges for the best tasting proteins on the planet.

If you can afford neither then use chicken breast like the rest of us

Meat and milk. Protein requirements are significantly lower than most people think. At most you'd need 0.5g per pound of bw but you can get away with less on gear. Reminder that everyone in the fitness industry telling you to take supplements is directly benefitting from the sale of the products., and anyone not being paid to tell you is a moron that bought into the scam.
The ONLY exception I will give is if you literally do not consume foods that have protein in them for dietary reasons (vegan, religious beliefs, medical reasons, etc) then I would say take some powders since otherwise your protein intake is 0 but this is the same as me telling someone to take ibuprofen for a headache; If the need is not there, do not bother.

What's your budget? I'm doing food for under ~150 per week.

Blended oatmeal shake AM and PM, one solid meat meal per day (Filet mignon or ribeye, pork loin, 2lb ground beef in some form, rarely eat chicken or fish), *try* to drink a gallon of milk daily. Sometimes I fail this but not by much, usually finish 3/4 gallon and fuck myself over by drinking too much coffee to be thirsty enough to drink the rest.

This really doesn't cost me much even with buying relatively pricey cuts of steak often. I prefer my liquid calories because chewing food takes time and I hate it, but it works and it does help keep costs down. Container of oats is ~$3.50 and lasts half a week, big bag of ghetto brand cereal is ~$5 and lasts all week, milk is $3-3.50 per gallon, and the solid meals come in at or under $20/day roughly. My two shakes alone are ~2000cals give or take depending on how much milk I use and the cereal, milk gallon (well, we'll say 3/4 gallon) is another 2500 or so, and whatever solid meal I have (I do eat sides, too) ends up around 1000-1500 depending on the meat choice. I could ditch the cereal in the shakes and lose ~500cals daily but I like the flavor and the drugs make it impossible to get fat at this point. When I cut, I'm just taking the milk gallon and the cereal out but keeping the same good enjoyable meal. Easily removes ~3000cals from the whole diet, cut go brrrrr.

That's a big ole frozen block of spinach man! LOL

Idk that was me last month, cut went pretty easy, protein intake was luckily saved by old protein tubs
Too much iron lol

Yeah it sucks being poor. Makes you depressed. Then you get fat. Trying to come out of it. Just landed a job with an adult paycheck attached but waiting on the background etc. The start date is kind of far from now so hoping it goes by quick

ON 5 pounds is $63.99 at Costco. I noticed the last 2 winters it was $15 off for at least a month. I stocked up this year but wish I got a full years' worth.

Muscleandstrength and Dpsnutrition are my go-tos for supplements.

Nutricost unflavored isolate is $67 at Amazon for 5#. I use this with some cocoa powder (the stuff you buy for baking) and a little bit of agave syrup for sweetener. The ON crap is full of sugar alcohols and other fake shit that will fuck up your gut bacteria.

be careful taking cocoa powder daily, it's not intended for that....Unless you like heavy metal poisoning from cadmium. Don't ask me how I know. Just get some Hershey's. Better yet, frozen strawberries or blueberries and peanut butter if making this in a blender. 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee is a good flavor complement too if you'd like some caffeine in there.

True nutrition is top quality IMO. I get the cold filtered whey iso. They have lots of flavors and you can do light/regular/ or heavy on the flavoring as well. I used the ON brand as well, but in my opinion this is much better quality. You. Can use the code (think) for 5% off or they give military discount as well I can’t remember what that gets you. I have no affiliation I just have tried about all the brands out there & this is my go to now.

Yeah I use the Hershey's cocoa powder, didn't know about the cadmium though.

im on a mostly carnivore diet so for 48 dollars i get 16 lbs of frozen beef patties. i eat like 8xpatties/day, and like 6 eggs and 2 glasses of milk which is like 200grams of protein.

-> costs me like 6-10 dollars a day only to eat <-depending on what i eat. today i ate a whole rotisserie chicken, 1stick of butter, 3 beef patties, and 3eggs. got home from work, drank a monster, ate a banana and went on a 20minute run. then sauna. feeling incredible, blood sugar will go crazy when i do this.... because theres a lot of fat in my blood and my carb intake is slightly irregular dont lecture me old ladies.

i dont have carbs everyday because ive lost most cravings for sweets, butfuccit

edit: before u laugh at how skinny i am, i gained 30 lbs on this diet. i was sick/underwight. also i started staroids so we'll seewhat happens next
edit edit: my lipids are literally insane, dont lecture me, try it
