What build muscle faster, tren a or npp?

None of them "build muscle faster". Muscle growth is very slow and limited by many many metabolic processes. Using AAS already turns one metabolic process "on", it doesn't turn any more on past a certain point.

You're on a gram of test already, unless you're very large and well muscled, that's probably enough.

OK, well is NPP better to recover lipids or are they both the same damage? Appreciate it

Neither "recover lipids", I don't know what you mean.

If you're asking if one or the other is less detrimental to your lipids it's impossible to really say.

Just take 1000-1500mg citrus bergamot a day and 1000-1500mg berberine hcl a day and you'll likely have less issues with lipid skewing.
