How do you make the gravy if you don’t mind me asking? That actually looks incredible.
its not the healthiest but its sooo good, i pan fry the beef patties, then i use the grease drippings and make a rue, 2 Tablespoons flour per 1cup of milk for the gravy, i usually make 4 cups worth for the 4 meals i prepped,,, Season to taste, i usually use Alot of black pepper for that peppery gravy,,

Replace the regular milk with Fairlife and flour with vital wheat gluten and you have high protein high glutamine gravy gains.

12iu insulin pre workout for leg day, so for the next 8 hours we’ll be eating 99% lean ground turkey and rice. Exciting stuff…

Fairlife is the ONLY milk i use, 2% and non fat varieties, I will have a look at that wheat gluten flour,,

Bob's Red Mill vital wheat gluten is a great thickener. It's mainly protein and can be used to replace regular flour in many recipes. Just way less (cuz it gets thick fast). I use to to "bread" chicken. Available at grocery stores & amazon.

This looks so good. Making me want to get back on the chicken grind. I kind of burnt out a few weeks ago and switched to beef, but now you have me contemplating switching back

Little bit of action from yesterday.

Pretty much do ground beef and potatoes everyday, and a little watermelon on the side because welll… it’s delicious

Went with ketchup and mustard over the usual franks red hot sauce.

Tastes just like a hamburger, but without all the extra grease and oil and fat. Always 99% lean ground beef

A lot of labels are straight-up misleading, and half the ingredients are things I can't even pronounce. I started paying more attention to where my food actually comes from, and it's crazy how much junk is hidden in stuff that looks "healthy." This natural foods company can be a solid option if you're trying to clean up your diet.

My goals might be a lot different from the rest of you guys - I'm a little older than some people and not looking to compete or anything like that.

I like to make these chicken wraps that are easy to take to work. 3 pounds of chicken thighs makes about 3 days worth. Chicken, lettuce, a little bit of grated cheese & a "dressing of the week" (hey if ronnie could slather his chicken in bbq sauce right?!?!) I save a lot of time doing meal prep and can put effort into making a real dinner. Obviously protein shakes on top to garnish.
