Placed a large order with VF and they responded same day. They worked with me with a discounted order and shipped/ received within a week. The initial package was missing some items and contacted them right away. VF responded same hour and corrected the issue promptly. Just received the remaining items and and very impressed with the professionalism and communication. I was a colonial labs customer before and I saw on the Review board a lot of former colonial lab customers switch the VF and so I made to move also. I’ll check back once I start using the gear and give an anecdotal review. But overall 10/10 with communication and shipment.
