Thoughts on my first cycle (Test E only)

Hello friends,

I am planning to start my cycle next week and would love some thoughts and considerations before I begin. Is the following cycle solid for a first cycle? :

• Weeks 1-10: 200 mg twice weekly (400 mg per week)
• Weeks 12-16: Nolvadx at 40/ 40/ 20/ 20
• Weeks 4-10: TUDCA 250 mg everyday

Is 10 weeks sufficient, or should I extend to 12 weeks? My goal is to reduce bf and gain muscle. I am hoping to gain 5 lbs of lean mass, currently at 14% bodyfat. Is there anything I should look out for such as side effects at the dose I'm consuming?

extend to 12 weeks. do you have aromasin or armidex on hand to control e2 if it goes high while on cycle? everyone responds differently and you may not need it but its better to have it on hand in event you do need it. TUDCA would be a waste if you're not taking orals.

Thanks for the advice! I will ditch the TUDCA and pick up arimidex. When should I take the arimidex and at what dose?
