Telmisartan. It works well. Most people have no side effects. And studies show it can increase running endurance. It also might help prevent diabetes but more research is needed.

What about Telmisartan and Amlodipine?
They make a tablet that has both but the Telmisartan starts at 40mg. 40 gave me high potassium so I purchased 5mg Amlodipine and take 20mg Telmisartan. Works really well. Amlodipine has a higher incidence of side effects but I’ve not experienced anything.

Why do you have high bp?
Are you doing cardio? What is your diet?

I've been using nebivolol. At 5mg a day. With 5 mg cialis. Can't confirm that the cialis does anything for bp but the nebivolol definitely does. No constant erection btw.
I chose nebivolol because it doesn't really impact HR variability, until approx 10mg, but I can't Confirm that either, I know at 5mg my hr is not interfered. But bp is in a healthy range. At 10mg. My bp was running too low.

I guess the choice depends on what u want from the drug.

The best thing to be able to do is control bp without additional compounds, or find compounds which offer only or mostly benefits with beneficial side effects.

If u were a gear user and hammered Stims and anadrol pre-workout, a quick acting propranolol post workout might be a good choice.

Cialis has been shown to reduce bf, I believe visceral, if not, offers improved body composition slightly but notably. Along with vasodilation, increased " pump" in the gym, if that is desired. Potential improved BP, but I haven't seen anything swaying me on that.

Be careful, choose wisely, much love.

Why do you have high bp?
Are you doing cardio? What is your diet?
just woke up to 118/70, no coffee or anything yet. I walk several miles a day, and get on the stationary bike 2-3 days a week for between 30 minutes and an hour depending on my workload for the day, so I do cardio daily. Diet is 2 lbs of meat, 2 dry cups of rice between lunch and dinner, breakfast may is always an orange plus another piece of fruit, + a 1/4 lb - 1/2lb of meat + rice or 4 eggs plus bacon, always one or the other, this morning I have 1/2lb of lean ground beef plus cup of cooked rice.

The reason I want the BP meds is so I can take orals without jacking up my BP, I'm currently on blast and fighting off a cold, and all of a sudden 50mg anavar puts me up in to high BP range (140ish)shortly after returning to rest, If I were to sit for a few minutes I would be in the high 130s. I think once this cold is totally gone I can return to the var without it being a problem, I just would prefer to be in range while utilizing all the compounds. Currently running 700 test 300 primo. The mildest blood pressure solution is the one I'm looking for as I only have a need for it acutely when caffeine + oral is added.

edit:
this doesn't account for any snacks such as avocados and fruit I have throughout day , or vegetables I have with dinner, fiber is good for me at least.

Are you self medicating? Lisinopril would be my recommendation to start out with. I don't believe in self medicating blood pressure meds though but I know a lot in our game do it. Its just so cheap to do it the GP route and have proper monitoring.

Im in Canada so some medications we can't get and I work in the middle east half the year.
Telmisartan/Amlodipine 40/5 seem to be a really good bet for first thing in the mornings..
I do have a GP here and will get me most whatever I want, when overseas I can basically walk into any pharmacy get what I ask for.

Gotcha. My suggestion is to wait until you're over the cold. I wouldnt want to stress the body more by adding in an oral.
