Wouldn't it be more ideal to split it frequently though since the half-life is 5-9 hours? I'm using it strictly for mass and not for strength or a pre workout boostEverything at once. Or you could just do half morning half evening. I just take everything pre workout makes more sense to me.
Nah for sure, thing is I wanted to make sure my levels are steady and stable just as I would with an injectable so I figured splitting would be more ideal to have the constant stable streamOverthinking it, and also assuming you can change the way a drug works based on timing. All gear helps increase mass and strength if you're eating enough food and lifting, you can't pick and choose which effect the drug gives based on the timing or dosage. If you want to get bigger, lift in various rep ranges and have an overall high volume approach. The drug does not magically stop working or magically work any better if you split the doses, this is just shit people on the internet back in the early days began spouting and it has sadly not died out yet. Take it all at once, eat lots of food, lift.

Just experiment brother and what feels best to you do it. That’s what i did and I settled on pre workout.
