Salutations I just got your email but didn't get any pictures but all is good. Our items are labeled with expiration dates and are guaranteed for 2 years as long as they are stored in a temp of 5c-25c. I noticed it did travel pretty far so it has been thru some temperature fluctuations but it is still good as new, the reason for it crystalizing is because I have scaled up the dose potency, in other words its extremely strong which is why it may have become crystallized but thats also based on the assumption that you have kept it in good care and in a 5c-25c temp. I would recommend wrapping those vials into a heating pad and allow it to heat and blend into an oil consistency then view items until there are ready and you are good to go. Just make sure that they are not heated to long as you would like to maintain its potency and also you dont want to pin when its to hot.
