Definitely the outliers like that would justify a follow up lol. I was referring to the people (including myself at times) who trip out when they haven't seen tracking after like 3 days.

Should I be worried if before I payed for my order they responded to emails quickly but after I sent the money they never respond and never sent me a confirmation email?

Update: I placed my order 9 days ago. Before I sent the money they responded to my emails within 1 hour multiple times. After the money was sent I got no confirmation email and no response emails. I've tried emailing them once a day requesting a confirmation email or any response and they are ghosting me. No response consistently for 9 days now. What should I do?

Bought the TNE. It came crashed. Tried for a couple hours to get it back to solution but still has crystals. Any tips? Used water i warmed up in microwave, then moved over to hair dryer and still can’t seem to get that last little bit to desolve.

Hey bud we understand your concern and thanks for bringing this to our attention. TNE is one of the most toughest compounds to break down and in most cases you will see that most have some bit of a crash to it especially water based and like ours oil based not as much but still a bit comes with it but in most cases if you dont have a hot plate device you can use a clean cooking pan on the stove put the pilot on low and let vial sit to heat for 15 secs then pick up and swirl then repeat until compound is ready but even then there may still be a small amount of solids but as long as the compound is clear and mostly oil then your good to go but make sure compound is cooled to room temp before use.

The hot water isn't going to hurt it and yes, sometimes it's a bit more challenging to get everything re-dissolved. Whenever I have to do it, I microwave a mug of water until essentially the boiling point, then submerge the vial (not entirely, just up to yhe point of the neck of the vial) and let it sit a couple minutes initially. I'll then take it out, shake the vial like a spaz for 15-20 seconds, reheat the water and submerge again. Repeat process until the oil is clear of crystals.

having that same issue. first time with TNE. I have to heat it every time due to the crash. To inject, I draw it with 18 gauge, but my 23 gauge injection needles clog with it. Only used once, stuck with the other 7 bottles currently. Be careful with the oil, I squirted a bit accidentally and it smells foul.

Personally I pull from around any solids and yes this compound's solvents are bb and gauicol. Let us know if you need replacements - VF

I just pinned their TNE today with a 27, no clogging. I had to heat mine pretty aggressively on the stove in water when I first got the order, all of my vials were crashed hard asf. After I got them to dissolve they've been mostly stable, have had to reheat once and it only took 10 minutes. There are a few that don't dissolve and I just draw around them like Viper said haven't had one get stuck in a 27 yet.

Hey Tim after reviewing your situation as it didnt make sense at first, that we would process your order and not provide you a confirmation is not how we operate as that gave us a sign that something is off and you said you've been sending us emails with no response and now after I provided you our contact info we immediately received your message.

Personally option B would be the route I'd take between the 2
Those are some pretty high doses tho, you dont have to take that much just saying but then again you know your tolerance and body response.
I generally stay under a gram but that my opinion. I respect your views bro bro thanks for sharing - VF
