We are temporarily closed but will be back on 4/29 with a new sale. Emails will be responded to but warning there will be a slight delay due to temporary closure and we are still in communications for tracking and completed order request. What is everyone’s usual TA with this source? I have a confirmed payment since the 20th email on the 23rd saying package is out and will provide tracking . It is now the 26th no tracking has been received and still nothing showing in packages set to arrive..

Typically won’t receive tracking untill the package is out for delivery for security purposes, but most the time it’s less 10 days from time of order. I’ve never had an issue with viper so rest assured it’s on its way

Thank you for the fast response . I kind of figured that was the case just wanted to be sure it wasn’t out of the ordinary. It was my first time ordering with VF I have been trying all the other sources finding my new home to be loyal to since GL left

I'm in the same boat. Ordered Sunday the 21st. Still haven't gotten any response since payment confirmation. I know it is probably a little delayed. Even though T/A says 3 to 5 days on the main page. They are closed for the time being until reopen with sale. I did get the order before they closed. So hoping it's just a list of replies they have to go through. Did say tracking numbers will be sent out today. So just hoping my 500 dollar order will make it. I have had 100 percent success with other sources on here. Multiple times. Trying viper out to see how this gear is. Possibly ordering a good amount from sale too if i get my products. Just being hopeful.

I don't get what the tracking number stuff is all about. Vendors should not give out tracking unless orders are overdue. Every US citizen should sign up for informed delivery and usps.com

Free service that self populates tracking numbers so customers never has to request it from the vendor again PLUS because you are not searching for a tracking number there is plausible deniability because anyone can send you anything but if you search a tracking number it proves that you were expecting it.
