Can you clarify what the Thanksgiving special is? Is it 20% off the final order amount? Because I'm not seeing that in my cart when checking out. Is that in addition to or instead of the buy 2 get 1 free test vial offer? How do we redeem these? Thanks.

I’ve sent 2 additional emails with no reply as of now it 11 am my time. I sent them an email right after Tejascardinal said to immediately contact them just giving everyone an update.

Bro I’ve sent multiple emails to the correct place I’ve ordered off you guys 3 other times never had an issue now. What hell am I suppose to do now? I’ve sent numerous email I have a iCloud never had a problem with it.

Email is receiving emails just fine as I just got confirmation from SST as I created this account. Just sent a second email to the email listed in this thread (which is the same as where I sent it the first time).

I’m also having the same issue. I ordered for Black Friday and haven’t got a tracking number or anything yet.

Bro got us good they use to be good honest source. I repeat no one order from them until this gets fixed I will keep you guys updated I made a new email to contact them and if that email doesn’t work then shit outta luck for me
