Pack received. As soon as I got the box, I Noticed whatever was in there was loose. Opened it and it was shaking around because there was zero bubble wrap or paper to fill the space inside the box. Thank God the vials were at least vacuum sealed but having zero bubble wrap of some sort doesn't fly for me personally.
I've bought from a lot of sources over the years, and shipped all kinds of things myself to others. Some might not think it's a big deal, but to me it doesn't look like a professional and top source. At least try and protect the products inside a little in case the box get smashed and yes, I received a pack with half of the box smashed. I will ALWAYS use bubble wrap around glass as well as fill any dead space with paper to minimize anything moving around.
I'll inspect the vials more closely later when I get home, to make sure they look good and fill levels aren't way off. Communication with HRT has been great, shipped pack right away. Hoping they change their packaging method up significantly.
Edit: Source just emailed me and said they always use bubble wrap on every pack. And that with mine, they literally ran out but wanted to get mine out asap. I did pay late the first night of the sale and source said if i got it in before midnight, he could have shipped next day. And time was sort of running out for him to get mine in and packed for shipping next day, so it sounds like he made sure mine shipped as discussed, even tho they ran out of wrap.
I definitely appreciate following through and shipping asap, and it could be I was the only case of this. Other buyers should verify HRT does wrap as a standard practice.
