I keep forgetting to come back and update! Yellow tops are going great. First few days at 5iu I was getting the numb and tingly feet when going to bed for sure. Fluid retention was up a couple pounds, too, but seems to have evened out. I can always tell because my shoes fit tighter for a couple days lol.
Sleep quality and recovery are up a ton as well.
I’m a fan of the yellow tops!

I am also on the yellow tops. 30 days in now at 4IU a day. 1st time with HGH. 1st week water retention was crazy. Also note that I was eating a lot of sodium. Water retention has leveled out. Sleep is better. I sleep deeper and I can only sleep 7-8 hours a night now when I use to sleep around 8-9. I occasionally wake up with numb hands still and feel my hands swell cause my ring gets a lot tighter.

Opti doesn’t give tracking. I think you might be able to ask but no need to. By the time you ask your product has arrived. Just sign up for usps informed delivery.

Correct from RC might be bunk. I'm actually running optis semaglutide right now. It's definitely working some for me.

With these black tops they call for 12iu water. I want to do 3iu per day. Can I just mix the vial with 6iu water and then do 1.5 iu injections to equal the same and inject less water under my skin per day ? Anyone else do this ?

Thank you! I have been blasting and cruising on MENT and tren and test for like a decade but I am completely noob to GH. I am really skeptical that this money and year long investment is going to be worth it though. Do you guys really believe the gains are permanent or atleast more permanent than my classic anabolics ?
