Im currently 2 weeks on semaglutide, i got this stuff off articpeptides. Stuff is just not working for me. What dosages are you running on tirzepatide?

Are you following the semaglutide dosing procedure? I wouldn’t write it off just yet.

Started taking 200mg of npp a week, not from this source. Within 5 days I have a pea sized lump under nipple. I was using AI with my test. I'm guessing it's prolactin related. I dropped the npp 5 days ago but lump still there. Assume it's caber time? I'm here because this source has it available and apparently quick shipping.

Same here. I need to know the dosages for Tirz. I can't seem to find anything online. There's plently of dosing guides for semaglutide but Tirz is a little different. I believe you need more to see results therefore its a little more expensive to run than semaglutide.

I was taking 300mg of npp for 2 months before i decided to quit because the anxiety was so bad. BUT i was using Vitamin B6 to control my prolactin. Never had an issue.
if you are more sensitive to prolactin issues then caber is your best bet.

I think your issue might not just be NPP related. You went from a 500mg Test C/week cycle with no issues to a 1225mg/week Test C + 210mg/week NPP cycle and kept your AI at 0.875mg AI/week for both cycles. Although I am not disputing NPP may have contributed, I think the presence of 1.2g of aeromatizable gear might be the bigger contributor.

How was your blood-work on the 1st cycle?

350mg total test per week, I inj eod at 100mg. I only added the 200mg of npp in hopes of tendonitis relief

Unfortunately, this is bound to happen every once in a while when shipping packs.

It’s a red flag to overdo the taping on the outside of the box, especially when shipping a heavy volume, so we avoid doing that.
The contents inside are well-secured, visibly covered, and have liquid barriers to prevent any issues when this does inevitably happen. We’re confident that nothing will fall out or show from the outside in these (rare) instances.
