Nope. It’s bullshit. No other UGL “sterilizes” their vials this way:

“We'll be doing all washing and sterilizing.
- Wash vials in soapy water
- 70% Isopropyl Alcohol bath
- Deionized Water rinse
- 250f 30min”

He’s a lucky dude, has amazing reps like The Lord himself repping his brand for him now. No need to waste his time on regular customers. Influencer marketing at its best
I’m sure he will get to
You guys .

Why do u deem it not true . Perhaps they are silent trying to ensure the previous issues are resolved and making sure future endeavors are even better .
If this was a restaurant who failed a health inspector test, you wouldn't eat there. Everyone has effective gear on this forum. They all work the same. The thing that differentiates them is TRANSPARENCY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and CLEANLINESS. I'm totally not going to pin gear that might be contaminated. Or was sterilized in someone's home oven.

Valid point . I understand, but originally everyone loved @Matrix gear when he opened initially. So
It’s not the effectiveness or quality . But however the floaters . That’s not good . But they say they have produced a resolution for it .

I'm confused, should the source not have sterilized the vials? I'm not a brewer but if the vials he was getting were questionable, I would throw them out and still sterilize any future vials for peace of mind.

Cmon buddy. His method of fixing the problem by sterilizing the vials that way… is retarded

He didn't specify if steam or dry heat. If steam then final step ok.

Either way could work...

"Recommended autoclave cycles are 121°C @ 15 psi for 20 minutes. Closures should be left loose on the containers. Proper care must be given when venting back to atmosphere or there may be damage to the containers.

Dry heat sterilisation can be achieved at a temperature of 160°C for 2 to 3 hours, but glass containers are capable of withstanding sterilization temperatures up to 500°C without noticeable degradation of the glass. Repeated dry heat sterilization of containers containing a fair amount of moisture may be susceptible to glass flaking."

Proper procedure calls for last rinse to be with USP water for injection.

Am autoclave would be a good start. Pressure is as important as heat.
That was my first thought, but was also curious if the vials used can handle the heat/temp. Plus smaller autoclaves won't handle a ton of vials at once either, and if they're filling 500 vials it would be multiple runs.
