We have been advised by Poste Italiane that severe delays are being experienced in processing postal items due to serious IT problems in Italian customs. This is affecting all postal shipments from outside the EU.

Although we are continuing to ship items to Italy at the moment, due to these technical issues being experienced once they arrive, they currently face delays of at least several weeks before being processed by customs and delivered by Poste Italiane.

We are in constant dialogue with Poste Italiane, but they have so far been unable to give us a date when these issues will be resolved. Therefore, please consider the current situation carefully if you are posting items to Italy as they will face severe delays once they arrive in the country. We will provide further updates as soon as we have them.

How come when I used you guys, I posted bloodwork, shared my experience, shared order to delivery times, and I tried fighting you guys corner, and then I tried three f’in times to make repeat orders and I got no replies over email yet here you are responding to others?

Placed an order yesterday at 9am GMT, package was in my hands by 11am today.

I am wondering if the delivery options on the site are mislabelled? Every time I pay for faster delivery, it takes ages. If I use the free option, I have it within a few days.

Ironanabolics.net has been down for two days just until now.

Are they been seized? I have a large order paid and pending to arrived home, hope I don't lose my money. If anyone else is affected by this incident write here.
