@keto_is_just_cico We received your email. Looking through this thread however, have you made any effort to talk to the source privately about the matter? They have asked for basic information multiple times.

Just per the wiki and basic customer protocol, it is best to work this out with them privately to come up with a solution. Most times both parties then walk away happy with the outcome whether that be a refund, reship, etc. Even if it’s just to cut ties.

If there is some egregious error and the source gives no solution, then come to the mods or blast them publicly. There needs to be some accountability on both ends here.

Just to be clear here, only reason I made a stink is because 1) you sat on the order for a week before shipping it, and 2) you chose not to do the extra work and pick up a phone to ask your shipped where the package was, 3) you aren’t big on responding to emails

You could’ve also selected a track able option for domestic shipper (according to my government domestic shipper), but you chose not too. Likely because it saved you a couple bucks.

You could’ve also said “sorry man it was the holidays, just shipped out expect [10] day delivery” and all of this would’ve been avoided.

To be fair he was just blasted over the Anavar thing. He said himself he needed to investigate before making a statement. People seemed to overlook that. And even on Meso in all the aggression people even said they make good oils.

I’m cruising on their test U after a blast, I feel fine so far. No signs of low testosterone or anything, will be getting bloods in 4 weeks to make sure. I just wouldn’t buy their orals, for now anyway.

Sharing my experience so far since I would honestly rate highly.

Shipping​

3 orders so far and like clockwork 3 days to ship. However once dispatched turnaround is fairly fast, 2-3 days. No complaints there.
I would say it looks like the chap(s) has maybe bitten off more than he can chew and is overloaded with orders as comms are a tad slow but not outrageously.

Pricing​

As far as I am aware, IA is the only lab doing free shipping, which is very nice. Even nicer is how extremely reasonable the prices are considering bloods & labs barring that irregularity show the oils to be accurately dosed. Test is cheaper by a few quid and Tbol/Proviron is cheaper than any of the big labs. I would definitely like to see more labs for Tbol/DHB/Var mind.

Customer Service​

As mentioned before, a tad slow to respond but i’m sure the guy is very busy. May be worth closing new registrations just as a precaution so you don’t end up shit creek without a paddle swimming in orders you can’t fulfill.

Disregarding that, comms are professional and I actually had a scenario where I ordered some tren ace that was unfortunately out of stock. Chap got back to me and apologized, and asked if there was anything I’d like instead. I though fuck it i’d try a pack of anavar and the chap threw in an extra pack free of charge, which definitely took me pleasantly by surprise.

Accutane​

Had to make a note of this. I’ve tried a LOT of accutane. Dimension, Adnivoc, a few other generics, and pharma.

Now if you’re in the UK you know that pharma tane is fucking expensive and pretty uncommon. AFAIK 95% of ugl tane and even posh ugl labs seem underdosed and do fuck all for me. 20mg IA accutane is actually producing results, compared to other UGLs i’ve tried, almost on par with pharma (iirc pharma uses gel tabs with some added shite for better absorbtion) but considering the price and rarity i’m very pleased with the accutane.

I haven’t actually tried the oils/var as of yet but am curious how IA holds up compared to dunning, specifically their DHB, given that it is a very difficult compound to work with.

I don’t know if the Meso-RX thread is FUD or not, all my orders have arrived without issue but again, we need recent labs to determine. I want to give the benefit of the doubt to the chap though and i’m willing to take a chance.

Made an account from Meso to clarify that it is definitely not FUD. IA sold under dosed Var to a customer and that was proven with lab tests that they were as much as 50% under dosed. The guy rightfully made a thread about it and IA’s response was denial, they then refused to refund the guy the cost of testing and product and then left without saying a word. They said they’d ‘look into it’ but it’s been weeks since they said this and absolutely no statement has been made. The guy probably threw in a pack of var for you because it was under dosed, test it and see for yourself. Meso is a harm reduction board first and a source board second.

They started off well with their pricing, shipping and communication in the beginning, but they ended up completely shitting the bed. They’re done as far as on Meso even if they do rectify the mistake and admit they fucked up, but they could come back here and save face if they wanted to. It’s a damn shame, but it’s not like we’re lacking sources.

Thanks for the review. There are a handful of people trying their best to discredit us and I have reason to believe it may be another source from Meso.
Communication has been lacking and I am aware of that, working on it
Orders are usually shipped on the date of payment or within 2-3 days if I am extremely busy.

I don’t post on the forums often because 1) I don’t need to and 2) the back and forth bickering is counter-productive. Any customer enquiries/issues are handled via email.

@IronAnabolics Noone ever tried to discredit you on Meso until the underdosed anavar lab report, floaters and other quality issues that you never properly addressed but instead went mostly silent publically and never presented the results of your ‘investigation’ into the underdosed anavar.

Since your raws source Ciraws used your lab reports as advertisement for the quality of their product in October 2020 (and while your samples were far from accurate, nothing was more than 15% over- or underdosed iirc, and you uniquely didn’t get heavily criticized for this either), your raws were probably good until that point at least.

Do you test every batch of raws or product? 160€ (raws + finished product via Janoshik) is all takes to avoid inaccurate dosing entirely - doing some rough calculations, that’s ~0.5%-0.8% of the profits from 1kg of oxandrolone raws - by testing your raws you can dose more accurately which usually saves more than the cost of testing anyways.

Ultimately I want to say that neither sources, this community nor Meso is your enemy until you stray from harm reduction.
