Did you give them a chance to fix this before posting here?

My help already dealt with this and replied on 10/20/2019, the same day this customer reached out to us.

On 10/21/2019 we were sent an address to ship the product to.

I am perplexed, then, why he believes I am not “making this right”.

I do not have a “New E-mail”. I do not, however, currently use Tutanota (stated at the top of my source post).

I have logged in to my Tutanota to attempt to verify these claims. What I have on my side is this:

Jul 21, 2019
Customer makes a last minute change to his order after sending payment.

Customer has changed details of his order multiple times prior to this.

It is not a straight forward or quick order. Our correspondence spans months.

Jul 21, 2019
Payment is confirmed as received. Customer is informed there may be a delay.

Jul 25, 2019
Customer is told his pack is being shipped out, and given an ETA.

Jul 29, 2019
Customer confirms his pack as received. Customer mentions the missing product, and wants to make another order.

The missing product is re-shipped, but his E-mail has not been replied to yet. This lack of communication is my bad, agreed.

There are no further E-mails from the customer until Octber 6th, 2019.

This E-mail does not state anything about the missing product. I have no reason to believe he has not received it.

Since that time, the only E-mail I have received in regards to this matter is the one on 10/20/2019.

I am happy to forward these E-mail chains to the mod team, if requested. If the customer allows, I will provide the mod team with the current re-shipments tracking as well.
