I gotta come on here and give credit where credit is due. About 6 weeks ago I started a cycle and switched to sustanon for my test. I tried two different very reputable labs (I won’t name) sust and I was getting PIP and decent knots every time, I blamed it on maybe “virgin muscle” in my head since I always use slin pins on TRT dose and now im back to the big boys. For some random reason I started getting coughing fits when I was using the last brand of sust so I decided to trash the bottle.

I looked in my closet and had a couple bottles of sust from BioPharma and decided to give that a shot instead (pun intended) and holy shit. Absolute smoothest sustanon I’ve ever pinned in my life. And theirs is 300mg/ml not 250mg/ml which is nuts that it was better.. I did bilaterally in the lats since I’m gonna train back today. First side, nothing, no pain, smooth as butter. I thought man, that’s lucky. Second side, same thing. Moved around, couldn’t even tell there was oil in there. I’ve tried probably 4 or 5 brands of sust in my life and never had it this smooth. I was so skeptical I started putting it on my fingers and smelling it to see if it was just oil hahaha. it indeed is not just oil, lol. Anyways, long story short is I was convinced my body just hated sustanon and BioPharma ‘s sust just went in as smooth as test cyp. I wonder if there’s some special brewing filtering trick they do that others don’t to make it so smooth or what. But damn dude that was incredible. Anyways thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

#1 If the order is lost or missing because of mistakes made by the customer we will not reship or compensate you in anyway. This includes any mistake made by the customer that causes the order not to be delivered.

If a package is stuck on shipping label created then it could still be an error by the source or usps or the third party pick up center and we will never know. Technically shipping label created means usps does not have full possession of item. It says “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item”. So can we only make this so if the package says “usps received item , package in transit” then we pay half of usps loses package.

I actually once knew a source that would purposely use this tactics of creating labels and not sending the items just to get people to pay for reships. I’m not saying bio does this but if we’re gonna be fair , i would like it so we only pay if package is officially in transit and not only says “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” when you look up tracking info

We are already doing that. If it never gets scanned and there is no proof the post office ever had possession then we reship for free. I'll make it more clear.

Why bother giving this guy future business, with a 50% reship policy. Other sources do full reship, and even have product testing.

The only reason we created this policy is because sometimes a package took way longer than normal to deliver. Sometimes the post office makes mistakes and a package will get misplaced and it takes almost a month to deliver. And when that happened we sent a replacement for free and right after the original package would be delivered. So a lot of people got double what they ordered at no cost. So now rather than lose money we wait until the package hasn't moved for 3 weeks before doing anything.
