Usually you have to buy water separate. The amount to use is up to you. It just depends if you want to inject a small amount or a large amount or somewhere in between. Use a reverse peptide calculator to determine how much water you want to use in the whole vial. Use a peptide calculator to determine your shot size when you know how much water u added. For example, if there is 5000iu in the vial you could add 2ml bac water and a 250iu shot would be 10 units on an insulin syringe. Or you could add 5ml bac water and a 250iu shot would be 25 units. Or you could add 1ml bac water and 250iu would be 5 units. You have to decide which is correct for you. If you do 5ml though, make sure the vial is large enough to hold that much liquid first

The generic doesn't but there is Bacteriostatic water on our store. It is more than enough to reconstitute over a dozen vials. 2mL is plenty per hcg vial.

Their pharma one comes with a 1ml amp of sterile water to mix with 10,000iu which I thought was strange that would be way too concentrated and would make it hard to dose
