That is not the same thing as hiring a coach.

You don't have a structured diet. You don't have a structured training program.

Getting advice from strangers online is not good enough. You need someone you are checking in with on a weekly basis who will augment a plan tailored to you specifically. A plan that you follow day in and day out like a robot.

Current Off season Meal Plan

Current weight : a fluctuating 200 lbs

Goal is to weight around 220 before contest begins for muscle beach Classic in October

Meal plan off season


Meal 1
4-5 scrambled eggs
4-8 slices of bacon
Fried plantains

Fruit juice with protein shake


Meal 2

Animal protein or meat
Sweet potatoes or rice

Meal 3 ( pre workout meal )
Lean protein
Pasta or sweet Potatoes


Post workout
2 scoops whey
Gatorade


Post workout meal
Lean protein such as steak or beef or chicken
Rice or sweet potatoes


Dinner
Salmon or steak or porch chops
Sweet potatoes or pasta or rice
Veggies
Salad with avocados + oil or dressing


Current weight 200 lbs

Protein 250-300 g ( 1000-1200 cals )
Carbs 400 g (1600 cals )
Fats 100 g ( 900 cals )

Total around 3,600 -3,800

Cycle going good so far . Had blood pressure issues prior to running Telmisartan. Currently running @Pharmahgh products :

480 mg sustanon weekly

100 mg ment ace weekly
100 mg npp

280 mg mast p weekly

50 mg proviron pre workout

150 mcg igf lr3 pre workout .

Will add @Pharmahgh Anavar soon only pre workout for intensity boost and mgf peg on rest days .

I’m just using npp currently for joints only so the low dose at 100 a week .

Will titrate sustanon and ment dose slowly every two weeks .
For now just 480 mg of sus and 100 of ment .

May include aromasin but holding off for now .

Telmisartan has helped tremendously in keeping my blood pressure in check .

At one point when running test anadrol and ment it had fluctuated between 150-185!

Now it remains at 130/80 ! And that’s just with one week of Telmisartan!

Already at 15mg/day MENT? FFS, man. Already doing too much with all the rest. Like why proviron? 100mg MENT is like 1000mg Test alone, so you're shooting for 1.5 GRAMS right now equivalent.

When is your next bloodwork?

What are the gram or oz measurements of your food? Also you're not eating enough. My girlfriend is a bikini competitor and eating almost this much in the off season (carbs at least).

Lower your fat content to 50-80g of fat a day and increase your carbs to 600-700 on high days (leg days and back/pull days) and 500g on your other training days. Off days I'd Lower carbs to maintenance level.

How much cardio are you doing?

What training modality are you following? RIR/RP? HIT? DC? What kind of split?

Let us help you if you aren't going to hire a coach bro.
