What are the gram or oz measurements of your food? Also you're not eating enough. My girlfriend is a bikini competitor and eating almost this much in the off season (carbs at least).Current Off season Meal Plan

Fruit juice with protein shake
Meal 2
Animal protein or meat
Sweet potatoes or rice
Meal 3 ( pre workout meal )
Lean protein
Pasta or sweet Potatoes
Post workout
2 scoops whey
Gatorade
Post workout meal
Lean protein such as steak or beef or chicken
Rice or sweet potatoes
Dinner
Salmon or steak or porch chops
Sweet potatoes or pasta or rice
Veggies
Salad with avocados + oil or dressing
Current weight 200 lbs
Protein 250-300 g ( 1000-1200 cals )
Carbs 400 g (1600 cals )
Fats 100 g ( 900 cals )
