You may not have the best genetics or response to gear if you're currently on. You look fine, probably miles ahead of any other guy she could pull but you do not necessarily look like you have touched gear ever. Additionally if you're living in the USA I'd recommend having this pic removed and never posting one here, just too risky in this country. Disregard if you live somewhere with more reasonable steroid laws of course.

As far as I can tell the gear look comes from:

A) Just being genetically gifted like the IFBB pros of the world (and similarly built people) and blowing up as soon as you touch some gear. Very rare.
2) Bulking a shit ton, cutting about half of it, repeat until mass is achieved just like natties.

Someone luckier than I may chime in but this seems to be the only routes. You can achieve this on just Test but other drugs help of course. I'm not sure I can give a hard number for the bodyweight figure to aim for since I don't know your height so I'd say look up the numbers that will give you roughly a 28 FFMI score with the body fat range set at 10% and aim for that. For the average guy at 5'9 you'd want to be around 210lbs at 10% bodyfat to have an undeniable "He's on gear" look. Every pound above the 28ffmi line adds noticeable mass and when/if you hit 30 on the scale you're basically in IFBB pro territory.

You just have to make peace with the idea that you will not look lean for a bit while bulking, and this step is what keeps a LOT of guys from getting where they could potentially be. "But my abs! But I'll be fat!" etc this type of thinking will keep you from getting big. Plan a period of time where you're gonna forego being sHrEdDeD to pack on size, then later when you cut back down you will reach the same level of lean'ness but with a shit ton more muscle mass on you.
