Unfortunately this doesn't say much.
Yes I had a ct scan done todayUnfortunately this doesn't say much.
Get your cystatin c, smda, adma, homocysteine, apob, apoa1, lp(a) checked if you want to know if your kidneys and cardiovascular system has recovered. And echo and calcium score CT scan are also probably good ideas.
No I didn’t leave . I got a new career going and things are much better for me now .Did you end up moving to Africa? What's the word with the new life?
But what do u gather from it thoUnfortunately this doesn't say much.

Gather from the tests you provided? Next to nothing. Those are just basic panels doctors pull to make it look like they are doing something. Very little, bodybuilding wise, can be extrapolated from a CBC and metabolic panel. But what do u gather from it tho
Yes i understand . They did tell me to see a kidney specialistGather from the tests you provided? Next to nothing. Those are just basic panels doctors pull to make it look like they are doing something. Very little, bodybuilding wise, can be extrapolated from a CBC and metabolic panel.

My person doesn’t eat much sodium and so almost everything is sodium free; the seasonings and so on . But no excuse I guess now that I have read ur post . I will go purchase Himalayan salt and try ur method .You don't salt your food?
Personally I weigh out 5g of salt every morning and make sure I use it all during the day in my meals and preworkout/intra workout drinks. Also I supplement with magnesium a few times day.
This definitely helps keep electrolytes balanced.
Yes and we as bodybuilders or tren users who sweat a lot definitely need to replace deficient sodium .I think the media has demonized sodium to a point that everyone wants to avoid it. I can agree in some cases with out of shape individuals ingesting too much sodium. But that's with anything you take too much of.
