6 hours. I was a bit concerned since another poster mentioned other issues on his thread. I’ll update ASAP if/when they respond to me.

I also didn’t receive tracking info for my international order from them. To be fair, they did mention it might take a few days to receive it.

Placed a small order for some items including primo. Package was supposedly delivered today but it’s not in mailbox. Sent an email and no response.
first off posting here before you even spoke to me or emailed me not cool at all . This is your complaint . we answer emails everyday numerous times a day . If you emailed me then you received a response . there are no delayed orders and everything is shipping on time . If I gave you tracking and I said it was delivered then indeed thats what the tracking says . This would have nothing to do with us sending your package or it being sent in ample time but it would have to do with a mistake by usps or mailbox security. in which case it was stolen . neither of these things have been discussed with anyone who emailed me so the first thing to do if I told you the pack was delivered would be to email me back and discuss a solution of which i will determine exactly what to do . obviousy if it was a usps mistake then we will reship if it was stolen mailbox security would be the customers responsibility

also pharma orders take longer 5 days minimum to process

I probably overreacted. I did shoot you an email before making the post. I just got paranoid with the other dude reporting an issue.

It does say the package was delivered but I guess that’s the dumbass post office making a mistake. I’ll call them to ask about it tomorrow and post with an update. My bad and apologies.

I also pointed out that to be fair pharma orders were expected to take longer for shipping info to arrive.

1) Package arrived but it contained the wrong items. I’ve reached out to PharmaHGH about it and I’m awaiting his response.

I can understand stuff getting mixed up but I really want my items lol.

Hopefully it’s just a small issue…

Thanks. In the future I'd prefer that we try to have issues resolved with the source prior to making a complaint. It's in everyone's best interests to work amicably together. Going straight to negative reviews/complaints after 6 hours without a response is rarely productive. If you're ever terribly concerned, of course reach out to the moderators so that we might attempt to ping someone, but realistically 6 hours is an incredibly short amount of time. A source could be asleep, sending packages, having a family gathering, or perhaps they could have seen your email but decided it would take more than 30 seconds to give you an appropriate response.

I recognize that this is partly the fault of the moderators, we should be more clear about what a constitutes a valid reason to make a complaint thread regarding a source. I'll put it on my to-do list to update the rules accordingly so we can prevent this sort of clutter in the future.

All that being said, I would also like to note that this would be perfectly valid feedback to leave in their general source thread. It is still relevant conversation to have about a source and their services, current status, et cetera, however noting it in their general thread yields the same effect of keeping people informed, reaching the source, and perhaps most importantly; it doesn't quite resemble putting the source "on blast" as much as a full-blown complaint does.

Thanks so much. I apologize for misusing this thread. I should have waited longer before even posting anything. That was my mistake. A package ended up arriving but it contained the wrong items. I reached out to PharmaHGH about this and I’ll post under his thread with updates.

No worries brother at all. we will always take care of any issue . we try and respond as quickly as we can . Any questions or issue , just shoot me an email and we will respond usually within a couple hours . There was a day there that we were not able to respond for at least 6 hours so my apologies on that but just know that your in good hands . We will always be fare and do whats right to get any issue taken care of . we understand that you need your products quickly which is why we ship the day after receiving payment . My apologies you received the wrong order . we sent the correct order out this morning. You should have it in 2-4 days

Update:

1) Items arrived. No floaters, good packaging and vials seemed overfilled.

Pretty satisfied overall!

I was worried when I saw a PharmaHGH complaint post pop up but in actually reading the post - I’m thrilled. I’ve never had any issue with any of my orders but wondered what customer service would be like in the event that I did one day. Now I know, and I’m elated. You guys are the best. You’re the only supplier from this sourcing forum I’ve ever used as looks like it’s going to stay that way! I was thinking about trying others just for funsies and curiosity bud there’s no point. There’s a couple small items (not really related to steroids or body building peptides) that I wish you had but I kinda feel dumb even mentioning that because you have everything I need and more.

If anyone else reading this is wondering who to use, here is your answer IMO.
