PHARMAHGH Floaters July 22, 2022

Placed small order Monday night July 18, 2022. 2x Test E, 2x Mast E, 1x Ment, anadrol, adex. Pack shipped Wednesday and landed today.
T/A 10/10, but when I opened the pack and went to check out the vials I noticed a smudge on the side of the vial so I took my phone light to it. Turns out it was a floater. Checked the rest of the vials, turns out I can visibly see floaters in 4/5 vials.

The only vial that I can’t confirm 100% without bias is a vial of test but im just inclined to think that it is bad as well. I did take pictures as well as I could, and emailed Pharma right away with pictures attached. Just waiting on a response.

This is only half of a source complaint, as im aggravated my gear is tainted, but will be satisfied as long as im at least squared away with new clean gear to run. I understand things happen, but I’ve never gotten 5 vials in an order and had 80% with floaters… be sure to check your gear guys.

in 2 of the pics looks like some sort of hair...Man I hope they sort this out for ya, I for sure could not or would not trust that ...too much risk of infection

Just finished a conversation with PHARMA, they ensured me they would send me fresh vials right away and guaranteed 100% that the solution was sterile and I could still use the vials in I ran them through a syringe filter. Complaint no more, I do understand stuff happens.

I do understand that these things happen. And I feel as if I was respectful in the way I went about this as well. I feel as if it is also our due diligence as customers, to share these negative experiences even if it is a bit sour to the source. I have zero issues with PHARMA, have used them multiple times. This holds us as consumers, and the source both accountable. You can order from someone 100 times with zero issues, but it only takes one bad injection to really mess some things up potentially. All in all, I was sharing my experience and reminding everyone (sources included) to take a minute to check their gear.

That to me shows a stand up source when they take care of a situation...great job in doing that. Yes these things do happen , Its what happens after the fact...kudos for them stepping up and always a plus to inspect your gear no doubt....

Were your vials also from PHARMA? If so, you and others should share that type of information with the source and the community. If the source is mass producing and gets no complaints, they may not hold themselves accountable to check their gear and may not know something is wrong. But if the same problem happens to enough people in a short amount of time, they would know they have a problem and take proper course as to fixing said problems

Started Parmahgh Test E last weekend and after my third pin I feel comfortable saying that I’ve had no PIP whatsoever and I’m feeling very satisfied with this Test. I switched to Pharma from another reputable source bc I like the wide selection Pharma offers. My other source has great oils but no AI’s and not many orals to speak of at all. Not to mention the prices of Pharmahgh are much better.
I’ll be getting bloodwork at some point in the next month and will post.

products are double filtered under a flow hood . we use an autoclave to sterilize everything. As you guys know there have been massive interruptions in supply chains, making it very hard for us to get the same products we have been using for a long time . filters have been a big issue . we have not been able to get the same brand that we have used all the time and have had to settle for a lesser quality filter , This has caused an issue for us with the recent filter we used. We had a couple that began to fall apart. The above order was immediately replaced and we have since been able to stock up on our brand of choice filters . were not alone in this , The same situation has happened to other sources as well . Needless to say this situation has taught me that it would probably be better to shut down for the time being until we could secure the brands we choose to use and to buy a ton extra. which we have
