PCT critique

PCTing off after 16 weeks test C at 450/wk. I’m following the Nolva 40/40/20/20. My last shot was wed- so since cypionate is longish I should wait two weeks or so til I begin my Nolva no?

I’ve been running hcg through the cycle, I’m unclear if it’s worth continuing through pct as well? I don’t want to suppress pituitary any more than I have and exogenous hcg will prevent my own Lh and FsH production from signaling no?

This is a good (I think) write up on pct by Jcaesar. I recently pct’d a couple months ago, and did 20mg nolva/day for 5 weeks. Seems to have worked fine for me. Was on 600mg/wk test e. I think i remember reading somewhere that taking hcg during your pct is kind of counter productive. I think it gets addressed in that writeup. My last injection was ~3.5 months ago, and my test right now is at ~85% of what it was precycle.
