Order stuck pre shipment (USPS)

This is my first post so I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this question in but I need some advice.

I made my very first purchase from a verified source on this sub recently (7/28). I made the payment with BTC and received an email saying a tracking number will be sent once the order is shipped.

I got the tracking number the same day and it is through USPS, but as of now on 8/08 it is still registered as “pre-shipment”. Did my source forget to mail it or something?

What would you guys do? Do you think it is to early for to contact my seller? Or do you think it’s USPS I should contact?

If it’s Hunter, you’re fine.

If it’s somebody who doesn’t typically take 10 days to get your pack to the office, I’d just ask them directly and politely through e-mail.

It is not USPS that you should contact.

About all you can do is politely email the source about the topic.
I’ve ordered from the majority of sources and they all seem to be good people with the best intentions. That being said I would venture to say the issue lies more on who the source is using to package/ship the product (I do not mean entities like USPS…), not the source. If this is the issue then emailing the source is the correct move because only they can request their other team members (packing/shipping people) to drop off the package at the post office.

Beyond that bro just relax and wait. I know its painful waiting but it will be worth it.

Thanks for the advice guys. I ended up emailing my source and they apologized and said it should be out on friday.
