Norbolethone the oral Anabolic/Androgen ratio king

Norbolethone is a 19-Nor oral steroid that basically can’t be found today.

It had an anabolic rating of 350, with an androgenic rating of just 20. This 18:1 ratio is the highest I’m aware of in an oral compound, even eclipsing anavar’s 12:1 ratio.

Though the structure of the substance is known, it was never sold to the public. Yet it has been found in athletic drug tests

Thanks for posting this, I think that’s really cool to hear about the more exotic compounds out there. I have full runs of compounds I don’t intend on using right away just because I like ‘having’ all these options available to me. Definitely some hoarder compulsive shit going on there but that’s a thread for a different time.

So maybe someone more knowledgeable can explain what our take away from the values would be? I get that the lower the Andro ratio, the better it is in terms of not producing virilizing effects. What I don’t get is why a higher Anabolic ratio doesn’t mean better gains. In the example given Anavar has a 24/322 Androgenic/Anabolic factor, yet Var is considered relatively weak in terms of mass building. Is it just that it’s more effective, but we just can’t tolerate (liver) the raw amount it would take to exert it’s full potential? Nandrolone (Deca, NPP) is shown as having an anabolic factor of 125, but a lot of “bulking stacks” will include NPP/Deca. If Anavar is over twice as effective, all things being equal, wouldn’t var be a useful mass builder? All of these hypotheticals are of course predicated on the user having perfect diet and training for their goals.

He sold this compound to elite athletic trainers because he knew it was not being tested for at the time. According to him, a number of high profile athletes used the drug.

Probably Infowars/CNN levels of conspiracy theory but I don’t think there’s any question he’s using something when you see that level of performance at age 40. Brett Favre was limping around like Dan Marino at 40.

Kind of in the same vein as the rumors that the Chinese tried CRISPR gene doping in some of their olympic athletes (like Ye Shiwen, who unbelievably knocked 7 seconds off her 400m time in one year).

Designer recombinant proteins could have incredible effects… but would come with incredible pricetags.

Jesus this could not be more true. Use the huge selection of tried and true compounds we have accessible to us. All of the designer steroids are shit, despite what they look like on paper.
