I'm in my late 40's. Been blasting and cruising since my 30's. Before that I had no clue what I was doing and took advice from my local supplier. Test and Masteron are my current favorites. In my 20's I did Deca, eq, dbol, suspension and a bunch of other shit with no rhyme or reason. Not all at once lol. Any hoot, be easy if I exhibit bad forum etiquette.
